Q: Are my credit card details safe?
Our website uses secure SSL technology to create a safe environment for your details. All transactions taking place on our website do so through either our secure Worldpay gateway or Paypal.
Q: Can I order over the telephone?
Yes. Just contact one of our friendly sales advisors on 01226 730254, Our phone lines are open 10am-4pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively out of hours contact us via e-mail on email@example.com with your telephone number and one of our sales team will contact you.
Q: Can I visit the showroom?
Our stunning showroom is one of the largest dedicated lighting displays in the North of England. However, not all items on our website are displayed in our showroom. Our showroom does contain many exclusive ranges that are not listed online.

Q: Does my order include the light bulbs?
Generally not unless stated otherwise your order will require light bulbs, LED upgrades are available on most fittings. Some light fittings now contain integrated LED light sources which do not require to be replaced. This will be stated in the product description.
Q: Does the web site cover your entire range?
No, we have many, many more products available. If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website please contact one of our experienced sales advisors and we will do our best to find the product you are looking for. Our showroom also contains many exclusive lines which are not listed online.
Q: What if I don't like the fitting once it is received?
Please check our terms and conditions page for details on returning goods. These can be found on our Home Page under the heading Orders & Returns.
Q: Which courier service do you use?
We use DPD Local courier service, with delivery Monday to Friday. Please note, goods despatched on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. If you provide us with a mobile telephone number when placing your order DPD will provide you with a one hour delivery slot on the morning of your scheduled delivery.
