Q: Are my credit card details safe?
All our payments are done through our secure HSBC payment gateway.
Q: Can I order over the telephone?
Yes. Just contact one of our friendly sales advisors on 01226 730254, during office hours. Alternatively out of hours contact us via e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org with your telephone number and one of our sales team will contact you.
Q: Can I visit the showroom?
Yes, our showroom is open Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm. However, not all items on our website are displayed in our showroom.
Q: Does my order include the bulbs?
Unless stated otherwise your order will require light bulbs, LED upgrades are available on most fittings.
Q: Does the web site cover your entire range?
No, we have many more products available. If you cannot find what you are looking for on the web then please contact one of our sales advisors with your enquiry and we will do our best to find the product you are looking for.
Q: What if I don't like the fitting once it is received?
Please check our terms and conditions page for details on returning goods. These can be found on our Home Page under the heading Company. Please see item 6 - 'Your Right of Cancellation' in our Terms and Conditions for full details of our returns policy.
Q: Which courier service do you use?
We use DPD Local courier service, with delivery Monday to Friday. Please note, goods despatched on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
